Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in representing sports optics and hunting related products.
• In-depth knowledge of the target market and customer base. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. 

Compensation:
• Commission-based pay.
