Bollé Brands Canada is looking for a Sales Representative for sales of the Bollé and Serengeti brands in ALBERTA AND PRAIRIES, for the Sporting Goods and Specialty Outdoor retail channels.

Bollé products are proudly worn by world-renowned athletes that demand superior optics, outstanding performance and protection. As a Sales Representative in ALBERTA AND PRAIRIES, you will represent our full line of Bollé eyewear, ski goggles and ski helmets to the sporting goods and specialty outdoor channel.    

 The Serengeti eyewear brand was established in 1982 and since that time, has been committed to developing the world’s most advanced lens technology.  The Serengeti brand is world renowned for the quality of their frames and lenses.  The lens technology that sets Serengeti apart from other eyewear brands is embedded in every pair of Serengeti sunglasses.  UV light activated Photochromic technology, Spectral Control for enhanced definition and Polarized lenses to eliminate glare.  These three key technologies are exclusive, to the Serengeti brand.

 We are looking for an experienced Independent Sales Professional to represent these two brands in the sporting goods, outdoor, ski and specialty retail market. 

 As the Alberta and Prairies Sales Representative for Bollé and Serengeti, you will be reporting to the VP of Sales and will work in collaboration with the Canadian Sales Team as well as internal supporting departments. 

           The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and characteristics: 

  • Well established, self-motivated, and highly organized   
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage business relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about the sporting goods industry and has a strong desire to succeed 
  • Reputation for outstanding customer service and customer retention
  • Understands the importance of prospects and can nurture and develop new relationships 
  • Ability to understand and present key performance and technology features
  • Travel to and attend industry trade show and sales meetings
  • Experience selling eyewear, goggles and helmets will be an asset for this position  

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years sales experience in the sporting goods, outdoor or specialty channel 
  • Ability to identify and grow the account base
  • Experienced in planning and executing regional marketing plans 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Sporting Goods, Specialty and Outdoor retail stores in your territory
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

After an explosive year, Sendit Gear Inc. is currently seeking independent sales agents to manage the province of British Columbia (BC) and/or Alberta (AB). The ideal candidate will have established relationships with cycling, outdoors gear dealers & accounts within the defined territories. The sales rep will be responsible to build on an existing client base as well as maintaining relationships with retail owners, managers, buyers and sales staff of the stores/chains within the territory.

You will be representing award winning lines such as;

·         Cycling accessories and components

·         Running and triathlon gear

·         Child bicycle carriers and balance bikes.

Responsibilities include:

·      Partner with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop achievable sales goals for the territory

·      Regularly travel through regions in order to meet accounts and attend regional trade shows (if any)

·      Maintain current account base while expanding distribution in the territory in different market segments

·      Prepare projections and maintain constant feedback.

Remuneration

As this position is for an independent sales rep, it is understood that Sendit Gear Inc. will pay all agreed commissions for sales generated in the territory. The very generous commission structure is above industry average with special target-based incentives along the way.
