The ASRA Winter 2025 Show will take place at the Grey Eagle Event Centre on January 13 - 15 (move-in is Jan 12).

SHOW FEE SCHEDULE
Early Bird Registration - November 4 - November 18: $450.00
Regular Registration - November 18 - December 2: $550.00
Late Registration - December 2 onwards: $600.00
BOOTH FEE:
$500.00 for each 10' x 10' booth space (including pipe and drape only)
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
A special
priority order will be followed for exhibitor registration at the upcoming Show, due to limited capacity of the venue.
1.
Monday, November 4 – Registration opens for members who exhibited at the Winter 2024 Show. These individuals will receive a custom link to register. They will have priority over other members until Monday, November 11 (one week).
2.
Monday, November 11 – Registration opens for all other ASRA members.
3.
Monday, November 18 – Early Bird Rate ends. Show Fees are $100 higher.
4.
Monday, December 2 - Registration Deadline. After this date, the Late Show Fee will apply ($50 higher).
5.
Friday, December 6 - Exhibitors will receive their booth allocation and number.
