The ASRA Summer 2026 Show will take place at the WinSport Event Centre, in Calgary, AB on June 2-3 (move-in is on Monday, June 8).
All current members will receive an email with a link to register for the Show.

SHOW FEE SCHEDULE
Early Bird Registration - March 23 - April 6: $450.00
Regular Registration - April 7 - May 4: $550.00
Late Registration - May 5 and onwards: $600.00
BOOTH FEE
$500.00 for each 10' x 10' booth space (including pipe and drape only)
Exhibitors can purchase up to three (3) 10' x 10' booth spaces.

Parking
There is free parking at the WinSport Event Centre for the duration of the Show. Exhibitors are encouraged to park any large trucks or trailers in the Overflow Parking area. Please refer to this map.
