REGISTRATION OPEN!

The ASRA Winter 2023 Show will be held at the Grey Eagle Event Centre on January 16 - 18, 2023 (move-in is January 15). 

All current and previous members will receive an email with a custom link to register for the Show. If you haven’t received a custom link, please contact [email protected]

PLEASE REVIEW THE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES BELOW.

Deadline to register is December 19, 2022.

Show Fees:

$400.00 - Regular Registration Fee until December 19
$500.00 - Late Registration Fee after December 20

Booth Fees:
$250 for each 10' x 10' booth space (includes pipe and drape only)

A 5% discount will be applied to cheque payments received before December 19, 2022.

*REGISTRATION GUIDELINES - PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY*
 
Due to the limited capacity of the venue, a special priority order for exhibitor registration will be followed at the upcoming Show.
 
1. Monday, October 31 – Registration opens for exhibitors who participated in the Summer 2019 Show. Only those members will receive a custom link to register. They will have priority over other members until Tuesday, November 15 (2-week window). They will be receiving two emails from the Show Secretariat, one on October 31 when registration opens, and one reminder on November 7, one week before the deadline.

These members will be allowed to purchase as many 10’x10’ booths as they had at the 2022 Summer Show. They will be able to put in a request to purchase additional booths (up to a max of three booths), however this will be reviewed and possibly accepted after December 19.

2. Tuesday, November 16 – Registration opens for all other returning ASRA members. These individuals will have priority over new members until Monday, November 28 (2-week window). They will be receiving two emails from the Show Secretariat, one on November 16 and one reminder on November 22, one week before the deadline. Max number of booths that can be purchased are three.

3. Monday, November 28 – If there are still booths available, registration opens for new members who just joined the Association and have never attended a Show. These individuals will have until Monday, December 12 (2-week window) to register. They will be receiving two emails from the Show Secretariat, one on November 28 and one reminder on December 5, one week before the deadline. 
Max number of booths that can be purchased are three.

4. Monday, December 12 - Official Registration Deadline (and cheque discount deadline). After this date, booths will continue to be sold based on availability. Show fee is $100 higher.

5. Wednesday, December 14 - Exhibitors will receive confirmation of the final number of booths allocated to them, as well as the booth number.
