The NEW ASRA Fall 2025 Show will take place at a brand-new venue, the WinSport Event Centre, in Calgary, AB on November 24 & 25 (move-in is on Sunday, November 23).

All current members have received an email with a link to register for the Show.

SHOW FEE SCHEDULE
Early Bird Registration - August 18 - September 01: $450.00
Regular Registration - September 01 - September 29: $550.00
Late Registration - September 29 onwards: $600.00

BOOTH FEE
$500.00 for each 10' x 10' booth space (including pipe and drape only)
Exhibitors can purchase up to three (3) 10' x 10' booth spaces.

Parking
There is free parking at the WinSport Event Centre for the duration of the Show. Exhibitors are encouraged to park any large trucks or trailers in the Overflow Parking area. Please refer to this map. 

ASRA WINTER 2026 SHOW - Registration opening on October 27

The ASRA Winter 2026 Show will take place at the WinSport Event Centre, in Calgary, AB on January 15 & 16 (move-in is on Wednesday, January 14).
