Agent Registration

The ASRA Summer 2020 Show will be held at the Grey Eagle Event Centre in Calgary, on June 16 & 17, 2020.
Move-in day is June 15.

Tuesday, June 16  Show Floor Open   9:00 - 18:00 
Wednesday, June 17  Show Floor Open   9:00 - 17:00

Due to the limited capacity of the current venue – the Grey Eagle Event Centre, the ASRA Board has decided to follow a special priority order for exhibitor registration at the upcoming Show.
1. Wednesday, March 18 – Registration opens for previous Summer 2019 exhibitors. Only those 55 members will be receiving a custom link to register. They will have priority over other members until Monday, April 6 (2.5 week window). They will be receiving two emails from the Show Secretariat, one on March 18 when registration opens, and one reminder on March 30, one week before the deadline.

2. Monday, April 6 – Registration opens for all other existing ASRA members. These individuals will have priority over new members until Monday, April 20 (2 week window). They will be receiving two emails from the Show Secretariat, one on April 6 and one reminder on April 13, one week before the deadline.

3. Monday, April 20 – Registration opens for new members who just joined the Association and have never attended a Show. These individuals will have until Monday, May 4 (2 week window) to register. They will be receiving two emails from the Show Secretariat, one on April 20 and one reminder on April 27, one week before the deadline.

4. Monday, May 4 - Official Registration Deadline (and cheque discount deadline). After this date, booths will continue to be sold based on availability. Show fee is $100 higher.
Members will be allowed to purchase as many booths as they want, however the final number of booths will be confirmed on May 4. Should we receive a large number of booth requests, the Secretariat may decide to cap the number of booths allowed per exhibitor. Additional booths purchased would be refunded.

COVID-19 Update

Update: March 18
Due to the recent situation with COVID-19, your health and safety is our top priority. The Board will follow all guidelines given us by Alberta Health Services and the Federal Government with regard to the coming Summer Show.

We expect these guidelines from Alberta Health Services of what constitutes permissible contact to change rapidly and may have already changed by the time we send this email. We will monitor and make all decisions based on Alberta Health Services guidelines closer to the date of the Show.  
For now, the ASRA Summer 2020 Show is still scheduled to take place on June 16 & 17. Registration is now open for the Show, according to the above guidelines.A final decision will be made by Friday, May 15, 2020.

However, should we decide to cancel the Show, we will inform our attendees immediately and process full refunds for any registration fees paid.
It would be wise to consider other options for planning your business given the seriousness of the current COVID-19 situation. 

Should the Show proceed as planned, risk mitigation strategies, such as sanitizer stations and distancing between attendees, will be in place.

For now stay home if possible, support each other, keep others safe and stay healthy.
