Job Title:  Western Canada Territory Manager         

Position:  Territory Manager – Western Canada (Yukon and Northwest Territories, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba)

Overview:

 

As the company’s point person in the region, the Territory Manager is responsible for all Sell-In, Sell-Out and support processes required to reach our corporate goals in the area for the Mammut brand.  These will be accomplished by building long-term relationships with our current and prospective dealers and providing them with a strategic partner a step above our competitors.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

·Sell In – all aspects of direct selling (Preseason and ASAP) to established and prospective accounts. Attendance / line             presentations at National and Regional trade shows, previews and shop visits with follow up and order collection.

 

·Sell Out – creation, implementation and attendance at consumer events including festivals, store openings, special sales and   grassroots events.  In-store clinics for training floor staff along with key account (MEC) support and training.

 

·Strategic planning, territory forecasting and analysis and reporting to the CEO, Sales Manager and Category Managers.

 

·Dealer Support – facilitate information flow from head-office to dealer, check ASAP and closeout availability, dealer applications, entering ASAP and preseason orders along with general assistance for any dealer requests.
