WHAT YOU DO

Develop and maintain a strong network of retail partners in growing the Stormtech business across Western Canada.  The right candidate is a sales professional/agent with established buying contacts in the Specialty Retail space. 

The successful candidate will have proven experience in growing revenue and building brand equity within the outdoor/retail specialty industry.  Advocacy and passion for the outdoors is a must.

We encourage our sales team to be creative, responsible, open-minded, and opportunistic, while having a desire to succeed.

WHAT WE’LL DO

At Stormtech our goal is support our Sales Reps and Agents for a success business partnership. An extremely strong commission and incentive structure will be complimented with all the necessary sales tools to hit mutually agreed to sales targets. 

We are looking to utilize our 40 years of history and infrastructure to disrupt the current retail/wholesale climate.


SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop sales strategy and plans to meet customer / consumer market needs and objectives within your territory.
• Build retail customer base and build long-lasting business relationships that lead to retention and growth within the customer base
• Achieve mutually agreed sales targets.
• Build brand equity through retail partnerships, utilizing our merchandising tools.
• Be creative in finding and developing new opportunities in the marketplace 


WHO YOU ARE

• 2 + years of sales experience with proven results
• Proven sales experience in consumer products, outdoor product and or apparel a plus
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills 
• Ability to travel to see stores and attend trade shows
• Passion for the outdoors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a self-starter
