Karbon is a Canadian-based technical outerwear brand, that’s been crafting high-performance technical outerwear since 1997. Based in Toronto, we design gear for serious winter sports lovers –whether you’re on the slopes, in the backcountry, or just tackling the elements.

What we’re looking for

We are on the hunt for an established, multi-line Sales Representative based in B.C. with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the outdoor, sporting goods, or technical apparel markets. You’re already representing complementary brands and have a strong relationship with specialty retailers, outdoor shops, and/or regional chains.

What you’ll be doing

Represent the full line of Karbon’s technical outdoor apparel to both existing and new retail accounts within your territory.

• Leverage existing relationships to open new doors and grow brand presence.

• Continue to develop and grow Karbon’s teams and resorts program.

• Conduct seasonal sales presentations and product clinics.

• Attend regional and national trade shows, as required.

• Provide market feedback and insights to help shape future product development and sales strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams on order tracking, fulfillment, and customer service needs.

• Meet and exceed territory sales targets.

Who You Are:

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the outdoor or apparel industry.

• Existing multi-brand rep with an existing network of retail accounts.

• Strong understanding of technical product and performance fabrications.

• Self-motivated with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Passion for the outdoors and alignment with Karbon’s brand values.

• Ability to travel within the territory and attend trade shows and sales meetings, as needed.

Job Overview

Icebug North America is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Independent Sales Representatives to join our team. As an independent rep, you will represent Icebug's footwear in a designated territory, working with retailers and other key partners to grow the brand’s presence and boost sales. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Icebug’s line of footwear to outdoor retailers, specialty stores, and other relevant markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for the territory.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and product training sessions.
  • Educate retailers on the unique benefits of Icebug footwear, including sustainability features and advanced traction technology.
  • Provide feedback to the Icebug team regarding market trends, customer needs, and potential product improvements.
  • Manage your schedule, pipeline, and sales reporting independently.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the footwear, outdoor, or sporting goods industry.
  • Established relationships with retailers in your region are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about sustainability, the outdoors, and an active lifestyle.
  • Willingness to travel within your designated territory.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage accounts and sales reporting.
